Michael D. Bordo
Michael D. Bordo is currently Board of Governors Professor of Economics at Rutgers University. His fields of interest include monetary economics and economic and financial history. The excellent quality of his contributions ranks him 3rd in the IDEAS/RePec ranking of the best economists in the field of business, economic and financial history. |
Paul Collier
Paul Collier is Professor of Economics and Public Policy at University of Oxford. His research focuses on civil conflicts, aid and democracy, and more generally deals with growth and governance. In 2014, he was awarded the President's Medal by the British Academy for "his pioneering contribution in bringing ideas from research in to policy within the field of African economics" and also received a knighthood for services to promoting research and policy change in Africa. |
David K. Levine
David K. Levine is Professor of Economics Emeritus at Washington University in St. Louis as well as Department of Economics and Robert Schuman Center for Advanced Study Joint Chair at the European University Institute. His research covers many topics, especially growth theory, dynamic games and formation of preferences and social norms. |
Eric S. Maskin
Eric Maskin is Adams University Professor at Harvard University. His contributions are mainly related to game theory, contract theory, social choice theory and political economy. In 2007, he was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economics (with L. Hurwicz and R. Myerson) for laying the foundations of mechanism design theory. |
